    STONE Resource Group is partnered with a leading company in the HVAC Industry looking to expand their current team by adding a to their organization.

    This is a hybrid, Direct hire opportunity that is perfect for someone looking to expand their skillset, work in a leadership capacity, and work with advanced technologies
    Job Responsibilities
    Building, running and documenting tests.

    Responsible for overall evaluation and improvement of product reliability, through collecting and analyzing failure data, recommending design and or process improvement.

    Interfacing and supporting product development engineering for electrical engineer and software development tasks.
    Perform reliability qualification or re-qualification tests for EE/Software system.
    Support Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) initiatives for EE/Software Systems
    Facilitate team meetings and serve on multiple functional teams.
    Must-have Skills
    Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) experience.
    Experience or knowledge in FMEA initiatives.
    Minimum 5-years of reliability engineering experience
    Intermediate computers skills (Microsoft Word, & Excel)
    Experience in developing test plans and schedules.
    Experience in developing and generating product and component reliability prediction models using Weibull.
    Experience in developing and generating testing plans and reporting methods.
    Experience in facilitating team meetings and serving on multifunctional teams.
    Experience with data analytics.
    Working knowledge of python, C++, Visual Basics, MySQL, JavaScript
    Nice-to-have Skills
    Experience in recommending and implementing design improvements.
    Strong organizational, problem solving, resources management and time management skills.
    Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
    Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
    Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment
    Education Requirements
    Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer and Electrical Engineering
