    JOB INFORMATION

    Typical Day:
    Covering admissions to hospitalist service overnight, cross covering ICU patients, and managing nursing floor calls.

    Typical Cases Seen:
    Med/Surg with cross coverage of 6-8 bed ICU.
    AVG Inpatient Census per Day: 40

    AVG Admissions per Day: 7-8

    AVG Consults per Day: 3-4

    AVG Admissions per Night: 3-5

    AVG Consults per Night: 1-2

    Patient Mix: 100% Adult

    Other Specialties Onsite:

    Emergency Medicine:
    other services available via telemedicine are endocrinology, intensivists

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
    Active PA License

    Required Certifications:
    ACLS, BLS, CPR
