Role Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our Logistics team. Someone who has the ability to work independently while supporting an overall team mentality. We jump for new ideas and are always thrilled about a shakeup of processes for the better This role is responsible for growing our existing customer base, through daily solicitation efforts on the phone, email, texts, whatever it takes This person will be hungry to grow business with customers who already believe in the A-Team way.

Role Facts:

• Design and develop strategies to grow our business within current AmeriLux Logistics and Transportation shippers.
• Manage existing business accounts and continuously exclude the highest level of customer service.
• Solicit AmeriLux customers for new business opportunities daily, responding to emails and calls from customers regarding available shipments. Identify and present solutions to your customer base.
• Partner with sales and operations to prepare responses for customer RFP and opportunistic freight opportunities.
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure we are providing exceptional service to our customers.
• Host monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers both virtually and on site at both the AmeriLux HQ and customers.
