Dates of Coverage: starting ASAP and ongoing (full-time/4 weeks per month preferred)

Details of Assignment
" NBCRNA with New York license
" BLS, PALS, and ACLS required
" Hours are 7am - 5pm
" 4, 10s or 5, 10s available
" No call
" 19 MDs and 28 CRNAs, care team model (mainly supervision but some days of independent cases)
" 11 OR's plus GI lab - two rooms + OR procedure room
" Supervision
" Level III
" Case mix: All cases, blocks, general anesthesia - limited peds (no high risk), no transplants, no neonatal
" EMR is EPIC
