    Milton Hershey School is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated house parent to join our team. As a full-time flex houseparent, you will have the opportunity to work with students in need and provide them with guidance, supervision, and support.



    Job Description



    • Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students living in the on-campus student homes.

    • Manage household routines and student schedules to ensure a structured environment that fosters academic, emotional, and social development.

    • Administer medications as needed for students' health and wellness.
