    Salary:
    $20 - $22 per hour
    Founded in 1946, our client specializes in repair and sales of electro-mechanical equipment (electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans and blowers); service, repair and construction of overhead hoist and crane systems; technology-enhanced predictive and preventative maintenance services; Technical Training Programs

    We are on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our thriving manufacturing company.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient operations within our Accounts Receivable department. This role is crucial to maintaining positive revenue and cash flow while providing excellent customer service to clients.

    The successful candidate will be a key player in achieving our financial goals and will have the opportunity to grow and progress within our company.

    As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will have a wide range of responsibilities that will contribute towards the success of our financial operations.

    Managing the invoicing and billing process, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
    Applying cash receipts to customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
    Performing collections, contacting customers to resolve payment issues and setting up payment plans as necessary.
    Maintaining accurate records of all Accounts Receivable transactions, including adjustments, payments, and write-offs.
    Communicating with clients to answer inquiries and provide detailed information about their accounts.
    Implementing strategies to reduce the number of delinquent accounts and improve overall cash flow.
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
    Proficiency in invoicing, cash applications, and collections.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and discrepancies in financial data.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
    Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
