Role Description
The Membership Experience Manager is a full-time position located on-site at our Dallas, TX property. This role includes overseeing the daily operations of membership services, maintaining relationships with members, and delivering top-notch customer experiences that align with the hotel's luxurious standards. Core responsibilities include managing memberships, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing and improving member satisfaction, and delivering tailored experiences to enhance loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to ensure member satisfaction and foster relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively correspond with members, staff, and stakeholders.
- Well-developed Analytical and Project Management skills to oversee membership operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- High level of organization, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
