Job Title:
Sr. System Analyst (6)

Openings Job Duties:
Identify, examine, document and prioritize the automated and manual business processes and workflows. Participate in requirement gathering sessions, solution design and business process mapping activities. Create templates following the Project Approval Life Cycle (PAL) process. Perform AS IS process improvement opportunities. Partake in Business Process Reengineering sessions, planning the efforts from scratch including resources, schedules, templates and acceptance criteria. Create PowerPoint Presentations about the BPR and present them to leadership. Conduct Gap Analysis which includes identifying bottlenecks and identifying areas of improvement to reach the desired state. Collaborate with the business to prioritize criticality of the identified issues.
Applicants must have experience in 4-5 following technologies: Agile, MS Project, MS Visio, Microsoft Suites, Service Now, Rational, Java, Jira, SharePoint, MS Team, Slack, PL/SQL, HTML, Informatica, Perl and Unix

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or Foreign Equivalent and six (6) months experience as Sr. System Analyst or in any IT Profession using 4-5 technologies aforementioned.


Field of study:
Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering or any related field

Job Locations:
Iselin, NJ or unanticipated client sites within the U.S. Must be available to travel and relocate to unanticipated client sites within the U.S. for temporary projects.
