    Summary
    This position provides for the assignment of the incumbent to the Social Security Administration's Pathways Internship Program.

    This program provides substantive, developmental work assignments that prepare incumbents for placement in a target position in one of the occupational series covered by the 0299 Human Resources Management Group.

    The incumbent will be given orientation to SSA and basic orientation in the functions and operations of the organization to which the incumbent is assigned.
