    Role Overview

    The Campus Recruiting team plays an integral role in connecting the business with university students nationally and helping our counterparts globally. We are looking to add a dynamic, personable team player to our Campus Recruiting team. The campus recruiting team is responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students showcasing Ankura's people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract and recruit high potential students.

    As the Campus Recruiting Associate, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of assigned campus roles within Ankura. This person will also be responsible for pipeline management, attraction and sourcing activities, as well as outreach activities to ensure robust and diverse candidate pipelines. Preference for candidates in the Pittsburgh, Chicago, or Washington D.C. area

    Responsibilities

    • Provide full lifecycle execution of campus recruitment and sourcing activities for multiple undergraduate and MBA level full-time and internship programs across assigned business groups.
    • Manage our internship program including onboarding activities, and programming content in partnership with our Learning and Development team.
    • Manage our campus events strategy with our target schools and business group hiring teams.
    • Team SME for all campus recruitment reporting and tracking.
    • Ensure innovative and effective delivery of our early career programs, outreach activities, and campaigns, to create a unique candidate experience.
    • Strong business focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2+ years of recruiting experience. Campus recruiting experience is highly preferred.
    • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and communication.
    • Familiarity working with an HRIS (Workday experience is a plus)
    • Clearly, concisely, and professionally present concepts and recommendations
    • Action-oriented and eager to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, and enthusiasm.
    • Ability to think critically, logically, and analytically.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong ability to create presentations using PowerPoint.
    • Strong Excel skills with pivots and reporting capabilities.
