    Financial Analysis is a department within the P&C Financial Division that is responsible for analyzing financial statements, preparing financial models and collaborating and building trust with each of the strategic business units to strive for excellence in transparency and understanding of their financials.

    Essential Job Functions And ResponsibilitiesPrepares more complex financial and business-related analyses and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, working capital, and investments.

    Supports the preparation of the financial model that executive management utilizes to forecast metrics such as earnings, cash flow, capital requirements and return on equity.

    Works in conjunction with senior management to research companies and new products for acquisition opportunities.
    Performs financial forecasting and presents findings to senior management to support capital planning decisions.
    Coordinates the flow of information with rating agencies.
    May be assigned to support the analysis of subsidiary's/business unit's monthly financials and annual budget process.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
    Job RequirementsBachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.2-6 years of experience in accounting or finance.
    Public accounting experience or related corporate finance experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
    Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
    System knowledge of Workday, Adaptive Planning, and S&P Global Market Database is a plus.
    Strong analytical skills, highest levels of integrity, emotional intelligence, adaptability, attention to detail, customer service and communication skills.
