    Provide needed support to help grow vacation package, travel agent sales, and domestic reseller sales for Florida SEA parksMaster selling platforms and functionality to ensure all aspects of sales process are current and fully operationalProvides support to ensure the efficient implementation of new programs, products and other assets impacting selling channels in vacation packaging, Travel Agent sales and Domestic Reseller ChannelInteract, as necessary, with Travel Agents/clients via email, social posts, and phone, to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement programs with direction from leadershipAssist in development and delivery of training presentationsMonitor Travel agent email, registrations, communications, VAX websiteSupport admissions sales growth through engagement with front line resellers and influencers at locally based Guest Service accounts, Timeshare partners and Vacation Rental Management companiesDeliver communication priorities to clients ensuring knowledge and high level of awareness of park attractions and consumer events, and to address any questions or opportunities that arise in the day-to-dayProvides other forms of support required to advance sales as needed (ie, creative development worksheets, IP requests, FAM coordination, etc.)

    What it takes to succeed:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred3-5 years of combined education and industry experience preferredExperience dealing with decision makers in sales process a strong plusExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with little supervision at timesHighly organized and able to juggle multiple competing prioritiesDemonstrate the ability to make solid decisions under pressure with limited informationMust possess strong customer service and support skillsMust possess strong sales presentation skillsProficient in computer programs to include Microsoft Office, ExcelFamiliarity and knowledge of website maintenance and social media applications a plusMust be available to work varying shifts or hoursMust be at least 18 years oldMust have a valid state driver's license and be able to obtain a company driver's licenseMust be able to lift at least 50 lbsPerks of the position:Grow admission ticket sales from assigned accounts for SeaWorld's Florida parksWork directly with assigned accounts to ensure all aspects of sales process are current and fully operationalCompliments efforts of the department to ensure the efficient implementation of new programs, products and other assets impacting all reseller channels related to assigned accountsResponsible for making sales calls on assigned accounts/locations to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement programs with direction from leadershipDevelopment and delivery of product training presentations and trade show representationMonitors client websites content to ensure imagery and copy are up to dateProvides internal support to department as needed (ie, creative development worksheets, IP requests, FAM coordination, etc.)
