- Scheduling the test & control of test progress
- Executing the reliability and safety test for module
- Analysis of the test raw data & making a test report
- Defining a problem on test
- Root cause analysis of test failure
- Test report review & discussion with customer
- Support to Improve the test equipment
- Support to develop new test method
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Deep understanding in statistics.
- Advanced knowledge in physics related to electromagnetics, mechanics and electrochemistry.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and team-oriented communication skills to effectively work with diverse groups of people
- Expertise in an equipment relevant to electric circuit and HVAC
- Proficiency with Minitab, CAD or similar programs with strong data analysis skills preferred
- CRE certificate (Certified reliability engineer)
- Issue history tracking using MES and analysis
- Analysis experience using SEM, EDS, XRF, Microscope
- MATLAB or PYTHON, Minitab, R
- All engineering & science major electrical/ mechanical/ material engineering major
- Bachelor's degree or higher
