Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our YouTube Paid Performance team. You will be responsible for significantly scaling one of our most important growth channels while maintaining profitability.
+Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of campaign performance, pacing, reporting, operations, setup and P&L for Insurance YouTube campaigns. ,
- Deliver consistent growth in spend and profitability reaching a 2x annualized run rate in year one at a minimum of 110% ROAS. ,
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders backed by rigorous data insights reporting and analysis. ,
- Drive measurable improvements in CTR CVR ROAS and margin through ongoing creative testing iteration with the creative team on video production advocating what your campaigns need to succeed Expand YouTube campaigns into new insurance other financial services verticals to drive incremental revenue expand the portfolio Share best practices insights across the Paid Media team strengthening Youtube performance in other verticals Build lead a video-first performance marketing paid media team support execution as investment scales Work internal external vendors creatively build net audiences target high-value customers .
