Job Summary:

This role focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience through effective communication, active listening and empathetic responses. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Duties And Responsibilities:

The key duties of this position are to:

• Greet customers promptly and make eye contact.  Engage in conversation with customers as necessary to understand their needs and provide solutions.


• Process transactions accurately by operating cash register or other point-of-sale systems  according to company procedures.  Make change,  handle returns,  process exchanges,  etc.
