Signet Health is hiring RNs and LPNs with behavioral health experience to join the inpatient Behavioral Health team at Chambers Hospital in Danville, AR.
Pay Rates
RN: $30–$35/hr + $3/hr shift differentialLPN: $22–$27/hr + $2/hr shift differentialPay based on experience | Sign-on bonus available
Schedule
- Full-time day shift
- Includes weekends & holidays

- Provide compassionate inpatient psychiatric nursing care
- Support patients' physical and emotional needs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Communicate patient status to leadership
- Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism

Requirements/Qualifications
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Arkansas or compact RN/LPN license
- BLS required (ACLS preferred)
- Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred
- Knowledge of mental health conditions; willingness to learn
- De-escalation training a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, resilient, and calm under pressure
- Reliable team player with a professional attitude
