The Experience Guide is accountable for driving the guest experience consistently achieving membership and enhancement goals maintaining the reception area ensuring seamless daily operations of the boutique.This is an all-hands front-of-house role flexibility willingness to support all guest-facing operational needs required including greeting assisting guests regarding services products booking appointments promoting memberships customizing guest's massage handling payment for services performed.
