We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Architect to join our client. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions tailored to meet complex business requirements. If you have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, specifically CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud), best practices, and a wealth of experience in architecting innovative solutions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the design of complex Salesforce solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and integration.
Expertise in B2B Models: Leverage deep knowledge of various B2B business models across industries such as Hardware, SaaS, and Professional Services.
Salesforce Proficiency: Utilize extensive experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Roadmap Development: Partner with business stakeholders and product managers to guide the roadmap development of Salesforce product areas.
Software Design Leadership: Lead the design of major software components and systems, ensuring high standards of availability, performance, and usability.
Technical Excellence: Write well-tested, maintainable code and lead code and technical design reviews to set a high technical bar for the team.
Risk Assessment: Collaborate with senior engineers to assess top engineering risks and guide strategic engineering initiatives.
Mentorship: Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering the growth of future technical leaders.
Best Practices: Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards to development teams.
Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Salesforce updates, new features, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Technical Discussions: Lead technical discussions and present architecture designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
Experience: Years of experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce and custom development solutions, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Platform Customization: Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Data and Security Model: Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governance best practices.
Configuration and Customization: Proficiency in using Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Salesforce Automation.
Integration Patterns: Experience with Salesforce integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and Middleware platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
