    Job Summary:
    Hoffman Auto Group is seeking a highly trained and customer-focused Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Service Client Care Center, you will be responsible for handling inbound service reservation calls, confirming service reservations, and performing outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Answer inbound calls professionally and provide an exceptional client experience
    - Master and follow all training materials, including inbound service call guides and Strategic Responses
    - Keep current with service specials and recall notices from the manufacturer
    - Use the Blueprint KnowledgeDrive to search for answers to guests' questions
    - Work flexible hours, including Saturdays, and be punctual following the set schedule

    Qualifications:
    - Master all training materials, including call guide strategies and word tracks
    - Have a high school diploma
    - Possess 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
    - Be able to adapt to change and have a customer-centric mindset
    - Communicate effectively and work well with customers

    The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
