Title:
FMS Program Analyst The US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) is hiring an FMS Program Analyst
Responsible for assisting in management in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts
Is instrumental in reviewing Requests for Information and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to, PATRIOT Missile System
Coordinates with the Program Management Offices, Industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to a foreign entity request
Responds to Integrated Logistics Support requirements for host country to include but not limited to, Ground Support Equipment and support vehicle requirements, and transportation plans
Provide support requested foreign visits to the U.S
in anticipation of meetings related to PATRIOT
Respond to taskers related to Foreign Military Sales funding
Ensure obligation plans are documented properly
Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with LOA
Draft memorandums of request for action items
Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary
Assist in preparing updates for COP/CEA 7 reports
Prepare material for Country briefings and reports/memorandums
Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at Program Management Reviews and other meetings
Develops FMS cases in Department of Defense Security Assistance Management System
Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Individual must have or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance
