    Job Summary


    The Director of Partnerships will work under the supervision of the Senior Director of Operations to build a community of businesses and individuals who support our mission financially.

    This role involves cultivating corporate sponsorships, managing individual relationships, and launching a new membership program. The Director will work closely with the Executive Director and other team members to execute fundraising campaigns and activities.

    The Director of Partnerships will be responsible for a specific portfolio of business and individual relationships and giving levels, both of which will evolve and grow over time.

    Advanced fundraising experience

    Comfort working with businesses and negotiating financial commitments

    Knowledge of gift stewardship regulations and best practices

    Proficiency in connecting with diverse donors

    Experience with multiple fundraising methods and cross-functional teamwork

    Understanding of sustainable living principles (preferred)

    Salary & Benefits


    This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting salary in the $65,000-$70,000 range, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement contributions, paid time off, parental leave, and more.
