    Description

The Senior Supply Chain Compliance Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing the compliance of SNC's Source-to-Pay (S2P) system areas such as application development, system compliance, business intelligence, and more. In addition to coordinating and overseeing technical tasks during any development phase of the S2P project, the Senior Supply Chain Compliance Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting compliance and regulatory requirements through interviews and understanding procurement system and business compliance needs. You will need a strong understanding of IT practices, Government Procurement, Compliance, and terminology to be knowledgeable enough to know when to ask the right questions to drive development execution correctly and complete sustainment tasks.

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document audit roadmap and plan to validate system controls and compliance standards
  • Research and interpret system logs and records
  • Analyze requirements and decompose them with a compliance and system controls perspective
  • Validate and verify systems
  • Customer interaction
  • Oversight and coordination of audit projects
  • Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Contract Administration with at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Over 5 years of compliance experience
  • Over 5 years of experience in systems applications and products in data processing in a Source-to-Pay (Ivalua) or similar systems
  • Over 5 years of experience with subcontract/procurement compliance with public laws, policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) and ITAR and import/export requirements
  • SQL experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance is required
  • Preferred:

  • Experience reviewing and advising on process and system improvements in an automated environment
  • Experience testing and validating software with a focus on system compliance
  • Experience reviewing and advising on software application/system improvements in an automated environment
  • Ability to deploy a systematic approach to work and perform tasks in a timely and well-organized manner with limited oversight
  • Adapt to constantly changing work assignments and make timely decisions while balancing conflicting goals decisively in an uncertain environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up-like atmosphere
  • Participate in a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Ability to clearly and concisely convey subtle or complex messages to various audiences, both written and verbal
  • SmartSheet and MS SharePoint experience preferred

    Estimated Starting Salary Range: $120,000 - $165,000. SNC considers various factors when making job offers, including candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications

    SNC offers annual incentive pay based on performance commensurate with the level of the position

    SNC provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks of paid time off, and more

    IMPORTANT NOTICE:

    This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Security Clearance. US Citizenship status is necessary for this position requiring an active US Security Clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible for a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF) handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors affecting the eligibility determination include allegiance to the US, foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use
