    APN Healthcare Solutions is urgently hiring multiple Medical Lab Technician for our client in Everett, WA for a 13 week contract with a high possibility of extension.

    Position Title: Medical Lab Technician

    Pay Rate: $50/HR

    Work Location: Everett, WA

    Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30), Day 4x10-Hour (12:30 - 23:00)

    Hours/day: 5x8 HR DAY shifts

    Weekly: 40 Hours

    Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

    Requirement:
    • Valid ASCP Certification, BLS
    • Preferred 2 years MLT experience.
    Job Title: Medical Lab Technician

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of medical professionals.
    • Collect, prepare, and analyze specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples.
    • Operate laboratory equipment and instruments with precision and adherence to protocols.
    • Conduct routine and specialized tests in areas including hematology, microbiology, and clinical chemistry.
    • Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results by following established procedures and quality control measures.
    • Maintain laboratory records, including test results, patient information, and equipment maintenance logs.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret test results and contribute to patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
    • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
    • Stay updated on advances in laboratory technology and best practices in the field.
    • Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in all interactions.
