- A passion for animals and animal care, especially dogs + cats. Willing to learn animal behavior to ensure their safety.

Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and Holidays in addition to daytime shifts.
We are looking for Team Members who exemplify these qualities:
Position Overviews:
Pet Care Hosts handle lobby and curbside service by greeting everyone as they come in and solving whatever their need is - check-in, check-out, answering questions, booking reservations, and tailoring our service offerings to their needs. You'll use one of your 15 hands to answer phones, take a dog to their destination for the day, hand out some treats or run some credit cards. Hosts will be cross-trained in all Pet Care Attendant duties.
Pet Care Attendants handle everything from walking dogs, giving them a potty break, feeding and administering medicines, cleaning their rooms, playing with dogs + cats, and even loving them as if they were your own. You might snuggle a shy pup who needs some extra special attention while also helping a regular get right back into the swing of things. Pet Care Attendants will be cross-trained in all Pet Care Host duties.
