    Job Title: Communications Specialist Level 2

    Job Location: Remote (Charlotte, NC, Cincinnati, OH, Portland, OR Boca Raton, FL)

    Duration: 6 Months (Possibility to extnd)

    Job Description

    Responsible for managing project execution of email and mobile messaging. Will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to activate digital communications focused on personalized content and refined customer segments.

    Minimum Position Qualifications:

    • 3+ years' hands-on experience in outbound e-mail marketing
    • Thorough knowledge of email, push notifications and SMS/MMS; understanding of channel regulations and CAN SPAM Act
    • Strong project management experience with ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines
    • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
    • Effective communication and project management abilities
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

    Desired Previous Job Experience:

    • Experience with complex email campaigns
    • Knowledge of marketing cloud solutions like SalesForce
    • Digital communications experience in multi-channel retail is a plus
    • Success in fast-paced environments, resourceful with prioritizing tasks and meeting goals

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily email marketing activities including project tracking, testing, QA, and performance measurement
    • Collaborate with Digital Communications Manager to schedule email and mobile messaging
    • Create mobile messaging marketing strategies
    • Coordinate with targeting teams for proper list validation and audience size
    • Support Campaign Managers and Creative Services to ensure efficient processes and optimal output
    • Assess digital communications effectiveness using data and insights
    • Introduce innovative ideas to adapt to evolving digital communications and ecommerce trends
    • Educate stakeholders on digital communications best practices and processes
