We are a fast growing team and we have the unique opportunity to collaborate and shape the operations methodology and approaches of the Internal Audit function.Responsibilities
- Support the Head of IA NorthAm in creating and timely delivery of the audit universe risk assessment and audit plan for all applicable entities.
- Lead complex IA audit projects including but not limited to FinCrime regulatory compliance payments technology and treasury domains This includes identifying assessing risks evaluating controls and ensuring compliance with company policies relevant regulations.
- Prepare draft audit reports executive summaries for the Head of Internal Audit's review Assist in preparation of presentations for Audit Committee senior leadership ensuring all findings recommendations are communicated clearly persuasively Support key projects deliver aligned assurance model across Wise Monitor implementation Internal Audit recommendations by teams measure effectiveness improvements report oversight committees Develop strong relationships internally externally Board delegated local regulator seen trusted advisor business Provide advisory support internal controls new product launches entity creations business process changes region Recruit mentor manage team internalaudit professionals department grows fostering culture continuous improvement professional development integrity Promote help embed control culture driving meaningful relevant assurance programs Wise h2 bQualifications/b ul h3 Experience h3 p9 years experience in an audassuranceinternalcontrols role within financial services industry fintech or technology company at least 3 years management leadership role/p li You worked delivered highly regulated environments Fintech Financial Services Banking industry preferred p You Bachelor degree Accounting Finance related field p You professional certification CFE CIA CISA CPA CAMS more than one certification preferred p
