    Description

    Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative for our Winter Harbor branch, working 40 hours per week.

    Key Responsibilities:

    We are looking for an individual who can represent the Bank in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service to customers. They will be responsible for processing a variety of transactions while deepening existing customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

    • Processing transactions for customers, including account opening and maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and all Teller transactions including Vaults and ATMs.
    • Providing effective resolution and customer satisfaction in response to customer inquiries.
    • Recognizing and referring opportunities for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other banking services.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a working knowledge of Windows. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in helping customers achieve their financial goals and exceeding their expectations. You will also have the opportunity to learn about various banking products and services, and develop your skills in areas such as sales and customer relationship building.
