- Lead the Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure the continuous production and reliability of plant equipment.
- Oversee the training and development of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage financial aspects related to engineering and maintenance activities, including budgeting and cost control.
- Develop and execute projects to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and safety
- Implement best practices for maintenance and engineering activities to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department. Essential skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, with a focus on leading maintenance or engineering teams.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing plant engineering/management experience, including financial management and project development.
- Experience in a high-volume/technology manufacturing sector preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving results and managing projects effectively.
- Knowledge of maintenance and engineering principles, processes, and tools.

The Engineering and Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the Project Engineering team, ensuring the seamless operation of plant equipment to meet production goals.
This role requires a commitment to continuous learning and growth within the company, as it involves a comprehensive training period to develop expertise in equipment and processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a solid background in manufacturing and plant management.
