Job title: Program Director I

Description

We are seeking a seasoned program director to lead our Fleet Readiness IPT, responsible for managing and executing contracts, reviewing project status and budgets, and preparing status reports. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and program management skills, with experience working on large, complex programs and developing winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for management and execution of a contract/program/IPT
Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
Assess issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives
Manage direct report(s)
Lead briefings and high-level meetings
Interact with senior-leadership and customers concerning projects, operational decisions, contracts, and strategies

Requirements:

Demonstrated mastery of Program Management, Life-Cycle Management and Risk & Opportunity Management
Track record of success in planning and executing large, complex programs
Experience working with multi-discipline cross functional project teams, utilizing strong communication and collaboration skills to successfully manage assigned program(s)
Ability to understand and communicate with senior management regarding program performance status (cost/schedule/resources/risk) as well as performance to annual financial objectives
Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others
Business acumen mindset, awareness within and outside the business

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Pay Information: Full-Time Salary Range: $150,370 - $255,630
