Job summary
The Early Childhood Education Division is looking for an experienced Full-Time Family Engagement and Enrollment Coordinator to provide a wide range of activities and services to families with children enrolled in the early education program.Responsibilities
- Enroll children in accordance with contracting agencies; conduct initial intake and family assessment, including completion of required enrollment registration forms.
- Determine eligibility for families to access childcare financial assistance according to EEC guidelines; facilitate placement of children on the EEC statewide financial assistance waitlist as needed; ensure that financial assistance eligibility remains current, completing re-assessment as required using the Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFA) system.
