- Load and unload truck with product and supplies.
- Drive route and deliver furniture as directed.
- Use electronic log to track, check, prioritize, and route orders.
- Verify order is correct and complete paperwork.
- Provide exceptional service in all customer interactions.
- Organize Customer Pickup and distribution area.
- Occasionally make minor repairs and assembly at the customer location.
- Remain compliant with housekeeping standards and all safety and work rules and regulations.
- Recommend new and better processes and methods to supervisor.
- Work with other departments and Showroom team on various assignments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean driving record and report all incidents or damages immediately.
- Exercise professional and courteous driving. Obey all laws and ordinances.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class D driver's license with a clean driving record and DOT medical certification.
- Experience using power and hand tools such as drill and screw gun.
- Experience driving box truck and/or trailer.
- Understand and follow written, verbal, and mapped directions.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Occasional travel to store locations/trade shows in another state.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Delivery Driver.

:This position is typically Monday - Friday with occasional weekends. Hours scheduled vary 6:30am - 6:30pm.
Position is based at our Oconomowoc Showroom.
Job Purpose:
Drive a pick-up truck with trailer or box truck to transport assembled furniture for delivery to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
