- Active NY State EMT-P card and NYC REMAC (NREMT not accepted alone)
- 5 years full-time Paramedic experience in NYC
- Minimum 20 years old with 1 year NYC driving experience
- Clean NYS D Class driver's license (DJ licenses not accepted)
- Physically fit to lift 125 lbs. and pass lifting assessment
- 19A physical clearance, negative PPD test, and pass a 10-panel drug screening
- Commit to at least two 8-hour shifts per week on the same days
- Good with people and able to act responsibly under pressure
