- Initiation Planning Executing Closing Projects defining the project WBS Cost Baseline OBS structure initiating the project building its comprehensive work plan controlling managing risks scope schedule budget Managing Teams facilitating commitment productivity removing obstacles managing teams Implementation Management Quality Environmental Process procedures projects focusing SPI CPI performance indicators less than 1.0 Management third-party projects including transmission Customers interconnecting customers Accountable Responsible Cost/Budgeting Communication Change Schedule Construction Commissioning Risk Regulatory Stakeholder
