About Hospice of Wichita Falls
For over 37 years, Hospice of Wichita Falls has been the only non-profit community-based hospice in the area, providing services in 12 North Texas counties. Our wonderful nursing staff meets our patients and families where they are, private homes, nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and our free standing 12 bed inpatient center. Your life as a Pharmacist
Your role is very important to our patients and organization. We meet our patients where they are and this position will work in an on-site pharmacy serving an Inpatient Care Center as well as our Home Care patients. We will rely on you to ensure that we support our staff in making sure that our onsite pharmacy is stocked with the appropriate inventory. We work as a team so there will be a need to interact with other members of our team to provide support for emergency medications in the inpatient pharmacy as well as current antidote information, telephone numbers of regional poison control centers, and other emergency assistance organizations.
