Position
This role provides an exciting chance to contribute to a leading global provider of mission-critical and business-critical machine-to-machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity products and services. Location: Sandy, UT office, 5 days per week.
What You Will Do and the Outcomes You Will Achieve
As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate shipping of Digi's products and other materials to specified locations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Consolidates required parts, assemblies, forms, manuals, and related materials for each addressee according to instructions or sales orders.
• Packs materials in envelopes, boxes, or other appropriate containers.
• Generates shipping labels using system-maintained customer information.
• Stamps, writes, and addresses packaged materials as required.
• Forwards packages through mail, messenger, or other shipment methods based on customer preferences.
• Maintains accurate shipping records.
• Analyzes and resolves shipping questions or issues in a timely manner.
• Balances workload assignments to ensure timely and accurate shipping results.

• Proficient in using shipping systems and generating shipping labels.

• Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve shipping issues.
• Committed to accuracy and timeliness in shipping processes.

Desired But Not Required

• Previous experience in shipping or logistics.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
• Knowledge of shipping methods and best practices.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $16.53/hr – $24.81/hr. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate's relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position. Pay ranges are typically reviewed and updated annually.
