Job summary
The job requires working with AWS Cloud with networking responsibilities including tracking cases from beginning through resolution, performing installations adds moves changes for PCs monitors printers related peripherals archive restores managing user computer accounts in AD patch management managing VPN accounts Aspera requests password resets Alloy Software Asset Management and other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for maintaining updating inventory of all office remote computers hardware software supplies repairing or replacing damaged hardware partnering with IT management security team to ensure systems adhere to security policies compliance requirements upgrading entire system to enable compatible software on all computers installing upgrading anti virus software ensuring security at user level performing tests evaluations new software hardware providing support users being first point contact error reporting establishing good relationships departments colleagues conducting daily backup operations managing technical documentation assisting OS deployments using automated scripts templates virtual bare metal environments WDS SCCM JAMF.
