Cogir Senior Living (formerly Cadence Living) is hiring a friendly and energetic RestaurantHost/Hostess in our beautiful retirement community Acoya Shea Senior Living.

As a Host/Hostess in our community restaurant, you help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Our resident satisfaction starts with YOU

This is a part-time position. The schedule is Monday to Friday - 3:30p - 6:30p

What will you do as a Host/Hostess?

• Greet residents with a smile and assist with restaurant seating.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean and presentable restaurant entrance and host desk.
• Help with bussing and resetting tables if applicable.
• Assist residents with special requests for particular seating arrangements.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors
• Warm demeanor, patience, and customer service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), or Senior Living experience is a plus
