- Develop Regional Support Command (RSC) facility base contracts for Army Reserve Centers operation, maintenance, repair and minor construction projects.
- Track and maintain facility assets, facility inventory, plant equipment inventory and databases, service orders, work orders, project financial data and invoice management in various automated systems.
- Provide contract, cost estimate, economic analysis and other documentation for requested work.
- Inspect facilities to determine existing conditions.
- Provide expert advice to supervisors, peers and subordinates interpreting regulations, policies, manuals, and standards.
- Monitor funding for maintenance and repair programs and service contracts.
- Review construction plan, specifications and submittals to ensure the technical adequacy of repair and construction projects.
- Conduct facility management training for all staff members.
- Analyze Facility Management Specialists' workload for the operations, maintenance, and repair of Army Reserve facilities.
