- Act as Project Manager and Product Owner: Lead the product development process by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources. Serve as the primary point of contact between product management and development teams.
- Translate High-Level Product Requirements: Work closely with product managers to understand and clarify high-level product requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and user stories that can be understood and executed by the development team.
- Write Technical User Stories: Create detailed user stories that outline technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and dependencies. Ensure that user stories are granular, well-defined, and prioritized based on business value.
- Platform Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the PDP. Ensure data migrations are executed smoothly and accurately.
- Validate and Sign Off on Technical User Stories: Review and validate technical user stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and align with overall product vision. Sign off on user stories before they are implemented.
- Design and Validate Technical Solutions: Collaborate with development team members to design technical solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. Validate proposed solutions and provide feedback as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data management, including database management, data migrations, and data validation.
- Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) or similar.
