    Description
    The Senior Vice President of the North Market (Sonoma, Marin & S.will oversee and manage the day-to-day clinical services development and performance of By the Bay Health entities, including Hospice care services and other entities By the Bay Health may acquire or otherwise do business with within our North Market.

    The Senior Vice President will also promote and guide clinical care delivery in collaboration with other departments and under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations in accordance with By the Bay Health organizational policies and procedures and applicable laws.

    Manage all aspects of clinical operations, structure, and systems to promote TDT model.
    Organize and direct the organization's ongoing operations to assure the availability and provision of care and services.

    Provide leadership, oversight and guidance to management and staff on matters related to clinical operations, particularly with development of standards of practice, care delivery, policies and procedures, and implementation of strategic plans.

    Identify, develop, and implement opportunities for additional or improved services and work methods and procedures to ensure program services are delivered in accordance with policy and organization mission and goals and to meet client and community needs.

    Ensure coordination with other organization areas and senior leadership, as appropriate, according to organization structure and services.
    in business, health administration or related field preferred.
    Minimum five years' experience in hospice operations, home health or other health care management.
