    As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing account and sales support to light commercial selling offices in North America to develop and grow the company's product sales throughout North America.

    Utilizing your technical and operational experience in the BMS sector, you will anticipate the needs of customers and are accustomed to sharing information actively.

    You will deliver light commercial controls sales training to sales offices when required.

    You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales growth strategy that ensures sales offices have the necessary tools and content, webinars, and events to support their sales needs.

    In support of the sales growth strategy, you will develop and maintain content and presentations.

    You will demonstrate excellent presentation skills as well as a thorough technical understanding of building automation systems and controls contracting.

    This self-starter will work effectively with a wide range of administrative, sales, and account management responsibilities. You should have work history that demonstrates excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving aptitude. Extraordinary leadership capabilities, a high degree of personal integrity, interpersonal skills and abilities are ideal.
    ResponsibilitiesIdentify and promote standard methodologies across North AmericaProvide account & pricing management to sales officesProvide counsel & sales presentations to sales offices, contractors & their customersProvide product demonstrationsManage select products & tools in the Carrier Controls portfolioDevelop new product and services selling strategiesCollect and deliver voice-of-customerWork across internal teams to support sales, training & technical requirementsProvide/participate in sales and product training to sales officesTravel as required within the region (20% - 40%)

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree4+ years' experience in the HVAC & Building Management Systems Market2+ years of experience selling light commercial applications or building automation system productsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Building Automation SystemsExperience estimating and designing controls systemsFlexibility with regard to job duties (those listed and others as assigned by supervisor)Ability to handle several tasks at a time and deliver consistentlyDedicated problem solverExcellent analytical, and computer technical skillsAbility to develop constructive and collaborative working relationships across functional teamsUp-to-date on new technologies and ability to apply new knowledge and techniques to the jobCapable of working independently and comfortable making decisionsUse and familiarity with the following software packages:
    MS Office
    • Outlook (power user), Excel (power user), PowerPoint (power user), Word, VisioSalesforce.
