    The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years' experience in a hospitality management environment, preferably in an off-premise catering setting. A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is also desired.

    As a Catering Operations Manager at Canteen, you will be responsible for planning menus in consultation with clients and chefs, negotiating individual vendor contracts, and delegating tasks to event managers. You will also be expected to lead and motivate the catering team, plan staff and event schedules, and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.

    A strong organization, time management, and team motivation skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and WPC support staff. Experience in budgeting, P&L, labor, and sales forecasting and reporting is also necessary.

    We offer competitive salaries to our full-time employees, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes a retirement plan, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, and more.
