    Employment Type:
    TravelGeneral job duties and types of procedures required:Patient CareEquipment utilized in the unit/department:EPIC computer charting, Pyxis medication administrationVentilators, Bipap, EV 100sRequired skills and minimum years of experience:2+ years of Medical, Surgical and/or ICU experience required with at least 1 year of that being in ICU

    Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required:
    Current Indiana or compact RN license, BLS and ACLS requiredShift or schedule requirements:Three 3pm-3am shifts per weekFloating to other units/departments:Yes, Critical Care onlyBed size/number of rooms for this unit/department:12Nurse to patient ratio of this unit:1:2, 1:3

    Dress Code:

    Caribbean blue scrubsTell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program:2 days training on floor after jumpstart orientationOrientation will be Mon-Fri week 1 and Mon-Tues week - 8 hour days.

    MANDATORY ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL 7 DAYS OF ORIENTATION.Name of Position Requirements
    Candidates should be comfortable with vent management, vasoactive gtts and psychiatric patients
    Is this candidate a 1099?
    Current Indiana RN license
    BLS (AHA only)
    ACLS (AHA only)

    Minimum 2 years of RN experience (1 year ICU) required.
