Braun Intertec is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Lenexa, KS office

Responsibilities:

Supports client relationships to most effectively achieve CMT departmental market and sales goals and strategiesFollows up on appropriate marketing opportunities directly or by delegationSelects and develops key technicians and oversees training and supervisionDevelops an appropriately skilled and certified team of field staffSchedules field technicians or delegates and oversees this taskEvaluates the effectiveness of assigned personnel on an on-going basisConducts performance reviews as scheduled to stimulate and reward improved performance.

Prepares subordinates for promotional opportunities and enhanced responsibilitiesWorks with Business Unit Manager to evaluate proper staffing levels, annual budgets and equipment needsMonitors project budgets, prepares and reviews prebills for invoicingReviews project field reports and laboratory data prior to submission to client and design teamWorks closely with Primary Client Contact representatives to prepare proposalsContributes to strong office and Business Unit culture by working across offices and disciplines Measurements:
Billable project workOversee and coordinate CMT operationsBusiness development, proposals, etc

Client Relationship ManagementRelationship to Others:
Works closely with the Lenexa, Kansas BUM of the corporation to set goals and business objectivesHas personal contact with clientsWorks closely with engineering staffOversees CMT staff

Required Skills:
Computer literacy - spreadsheets and word processingDemonstrated successful project management experienceSupervisory experience strongly preferredAbility to deal with ambiguity, pressure, and stressStrong organization and customer service skills

Required Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalentDemonstrated successful project management experienceDemonstrated Supervisory experience2-5 Years experience working in construction materials or quality control-related field Preferred:Technical or college level trainingICC certifications preferredACI and Nuclear Density Gauge CertificationBraun Intertec is a drug-free workplace and require all new hires to complete a pre-employment drug screen test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle report.
