- Perform field service, calibration, and repairs for drives and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and support PLC, SCADA, and discrete controllers.
- Lead training sessions for customers.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Contribute to a positive P&L statement.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Associates or BA/BS Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience in field service or engineering required. Experience with highly technical products is essential.
- 5+ years of related experience preferred. Expertise in drives and control systems, especially Parker Hannifin drives. Knowledge of communication protocols and web handling applications is advantageous.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Familiarity with drives and control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC control, AC/DC drive control, or SCADA systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexible schedule with occasional travel and on-call duties.
