In this role, the Infrastructure Manager will ensure the environments are working optimally and that the customers are consulted about changes or new requirements to their environment and to consult leadership on what is needed from technology to resourcing to better manage our infrastructure today for future.

Infrastructure Management

• AD/LDAP Administration
• Antivirus Administration
• Backup (On Premise and Offsite)
• DNS Administration
• Firewall Administration
• Hardware Workstation and Server Purchasing, Installation, and Support
• Network Administration (Including Switches and Routers)
• Security (Penetration Testing, SOC Auditing and Compliance)
• VMware Administration

• Atlassian Jira Confluence Administration
• AWS Administration
• Database Installation and Configuration (Microsoft SQL and PostgreSQL)
• Nagios Monitoring
• Office 365 and MSDN Administration
• Operating System Installation and Configuration (Windows and Linux)
• VPN

• Internal User Support for Management, Sales, Developers and Consultants
  1. Laptops using Windows and Mac OS
• Customer Support for Hardware, Software, and Network Architecture
  1. Server Architecture, Installation, and Support
  2. Network Administration (Including Switches, Routers, VPN Tunnels, and Firewalls)
  3. VMware Administration
