Required QualificationsBachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 5 years of experience as an analyst in Information Technology.1-2 years of experience in End-to

• End value chain in one or more areas like Mortgage Loan Servicing, Mortgage Default management and Foreclosures.

Preferred Qualifications and Job FunctionsAt least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies and experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.

At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business associates.

Knowledge of Agile and its principles and Data analysis skillsAnalytical, Communication, Planning and Co-ordination skillsAbility to work independently and be a self-starter, Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires travel.
