    Job Title: Tier II Support Engineer- Verizon Femto

    Job Location: Plano, TX 75023

    Job Type: 12+ Month Contract

    · Knowledge in either RF or Data networks

    · Experience with wireless data and IP networks

    · Experience in system integration and validation

    · Experience with performance analysis and troubleshooting Network Issues

    · Ability to write test plans and test methods/Mops

    · Strong Knowledge in Unix and shell scripting

    · Strong Communication skills

    · On Call rotation - Answer phone 24X7 while on call

    · Work Night Shift ( maintenance work ) about 5 -10 % of the time

    · Working with customers on a day-to-day basis to resolve customer network issues.

    · Provide technical support to client and its customers over phone and email.

    · Responsible for updating Remedy ticketing systems and reviewing tickets with customer on a weekly basis.

    · Assist in installations issues remotely to VZW Field Techs.

    · Assist in Maintenance Window activities in performing network upgrades and patch installs

    · Assist in development, revisions and execution of: scripts, MOPs and ECNs
