    The Responsibilities:
    Serve as counselor and consultant for the agency, providing high-level, strategic guidance and counsel for staff and clients towards well-conceptualized social media programsCraft holistic social media strategy for clients / brands based on their business objectives and content needsRun sweepstakes or contests on social media channelsWork with various departments within the agency (creative, PR, influencer, etc.)


    Engage and grow audiences, increase thought leadership, mitigate issues, support paid, earned, and owned efforts and elevate a brand's online profile.

    Create strong social content, that is on trend and persona specific with minimal oversightScope and manage social media program budgets, working to achieve profitabilityStay current on new measurement and listening tools.

    Be an expert on social media measurement.
    Grow Method's social media practice, participating in new business opportunities with clients across multiple, diverse landscapesPlay an active role in knowledge-sharing while developing initiatives across the agency that help shape the future directionStay current on social media trends, actively testing new tools and channels to ensure service offering is competitive in the marketMentor and train the social media team as well as other departmentsThe Requirements8+ years of experience in social media with preferably at an agency3+ years experience managing and mentoring a social media team, with ability to show team growthAbility to strategize, manage, optimize and report on paid social programsExperience developing social content strategies for clients to meet their business needs and target audiencesExperience Client management and project managementAdvanced knowledge of all major social platforms and social listening tools including best practices, general platform policies and user behavior trendsAdvanced knowledge of specific rules of engagement for brands/advertisersAdvanced understanding of social analytics across channels - how to find, interpret and simplify results for clientsStrong writing background and eye for detail and toneExperience with paid/earned/owned/social model and how social works understanding of the basic tenets of SEO and SEMEntrepreneurial spirit, self-starter with drive and commitment to excellenceAble to be hands-on in all social media platforms as neededStrong knowledge of technologies, tools, and partner opportunities to enhance our work, such as Khoros, Sprinklr, Crimson Hexagon, Datorama, as well as Google marketing products (e.g., AdWords, Analytics, Optimize, Trends, Search Console, Ad Planner)The Perks:
