Lowville NY.

Long Term Care.

$85/hour blended rate. Weekly pay.

8 hour evening shift. 40 hours/week. Rotating weekends.

NY Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care experience required.

ASAP start for qualified Registered Nurse (RN).


Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Monitor patient care activities and ensure adherence to established protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
• Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new nursing staff members
• Manage schedules and assignments to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Evaluate patient outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay uptodate with advancements in healthcare technology and best practices
